By accessing or using Order Genie, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use the services.
2. Use of Service
Order Genie provides AI voice taking services for restaurants. You agree to use the service in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those concerning recording calls and data protection.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Order Genie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
